Lib Dems' Call for a fair deal for the people of South West Bedfordshire

On Thursday of this week the first annual meeting of Central Befordshire Council was held.
Since its creation, the Tory controlled council has failed on its promises for the people of South West Bedfordshire.
Rod Cantrill, Liberal Democrat candidate for South West Bedfordshire said:
"We have seen nationally in the past week that people want change, that they are tired of the old two parties."
"The Liberal Democrats in South West Bedfordshire are fighting this election calling for real change and a fair deal for the Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable and Houghton Regis areas. A vote for the Liberal Democrats is a vote to cut taxes for those on low and middle incomes, give all our children a fair start in life, create green jobs and bring in big reforms in the way the country is run."
"The Tory controlled Central Beds Council has broken its promises. Residents can not trust the Tories locally and can't trust them nationally."
